Job Summary:The Staffing Coordinator has shift accountability for scheduling network personnel to meet the daily staffing needs of affiliated hospitals. This is achieved by making daily contact with affiliated hospitals (Nurse managers, supervisors, staffing coordinators), and network personnel. Requirements:- Comfortable with computers/programs. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the hospitals with staffing requirements by effectively communicating requested needs to contracted vendors, and by facilitating the placement of USA-domestic clinical/non-clinical staff in HCA facilities and/or non-HCA facilities. All duties are executed in an efficient, time-sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: facilitating placements in HCA and/or non-HCA facilities (for communities that do not have an HCA acute care hospital presence); vendor management; facility relations management; candidate presentation management; candidate retention/replacement management; and marketing the permanent placement program to facility current non-participants. Ideal candidate will possess demonstrated accomplishments in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-oriented staffing/recruitment environment.
