Quick! How to Make Money with Google

As a website owner, if you are thinking about adding Google AdSense advertising to your website, there are a few important questions to consider: How much money will I make from Google How do I Calculate my Earnings How much money will I make from my website How much cash will I earn using AdSense for Content How much cash will I earn using AdSense for Search How much money will I make from Google Based on our experience at Quick on the Net, as an estimation, you can expect to earn 97% of your Google money from AdSense for Content, compared with just 3% coming from AdSense for Search. To put it another way, for every $3.00 you earn from AdSense for Search, you can estimate that you will earn $97.00 from AdSense for Content. Of course, those are our findings and it may be different for you.

How do I Calculate my Earnings Try this handy . It's completely free and it will give you an accurate earnings forecast. However, if you are not familiar with the terminology, we have provided a few rough estimates below, based on our experiences at Quick on the Net. All you need to do is know (or estimate) is your number of unique website visitors per day. We've done the sums based on some reliable statistics, so you just need to check out the grand totals below. How much money will I make from my Website The estimates below are based on certain assumptions. Let's assume that: 1) Every visitor to your website views 2 web pages which contain Ads by Goooooogle. This will create 2 page impressions per site visitor. 2) You have an average Page CTR of 3.5%. This means that 3.5 Google Ads are clicked for every 100 pages viewed on your website. 3) You earn $0.25 per click. Remember, these are estimates and assumptions. Some Google Ads will only pay $0.01 per click, whereas others will pay a few dollars per click. 4) You are getting a broad mix of clicks from AdSense for Content and also from AdSense for Search. Notes Please consider that the page impression count is only based on web pages with advertising. Pages which do not have ads will not be registered in your AdSense toolkit reports. With that in mind, if you wish to boost your income, it is a good idea to place your adverts above the page fold (above the scroll bar break) and remember to feature advertising on your home page, the most important page on your website. My Website has 10,000 Unique Visitors per Day 10,000 unique visitors = 20,000 page impressions per day. 20,000 page impressions multiplied by 3.5% Page CTR = 700 Google Ad clicks per day. 700 clicks multiplied by $0.25 = $175.00 per day. $175.00 per day = $5,250.00 per month. $175.00 per day = $63,875.00 per year. In summary, your rough estimate for 10,000 unique visitors per day is $63,875.00 per year. My Website has 1,000 Unique Visitors per Day 1,000 unique visitors = 2,000 page impressions per day. 2,000 page impressions multiplied by 3.5% Page CTR = 70 Google Ad clicks per day. 70 clicks multiplied by $0.25 = $17.50 per day. $17.50 per day = $525.00 per month. $17.50 per day = $6,387.50 per year. In summary, your rough estimate for 1,000 unique visitors per day is $6,387.50 per year. My Website has 100 Unique Visitors per Day 100 unique visitors = 200 page impressions per day. 200 page impressions multiplied by 3.5% Page CTR = 7 Google Ad clicks per day. 7 clicks multiplied by $0.25 = $1.75 per day. $1.75 per day = $52.50 per month. $1.75 per day = $638.75 per year. In summary, your rough estimate for 100 unique visitors per day is $638.75 per year. My Website has 10 Unique Visitors per Day 10 unique visitors = 20 page impressions per day. 20 page impressions multiplied by 3.5% Page CTR = 0.7 Google Ad clicks per day. 0.7 clicks multiplied by $0.25 = $0.18 per day. $0.18 per day = $5.25 per month. $0.18 per day = $63.88 per year. In summary, your rough estimate for 10 unique visitors per day is $63.88 per year. My Website has 1 Unique Visitor per Day 1 unique visitor = 2 page impressions per day. 2 page impressions multiplied by 3.5% Page CTR = 0.07 Google Ad clicks per day. 0.07 clicks multiplied by $0.25 = $0.02 per day. $0.02 per day = $0.53 per month. $0.02 per day = $6.39 per year. In summary, your rough estimate for 1 unique visitor per day is $6.39 per year. What is Google AdSense You can think of 'AdSense' as a new business opportunity. It's completely free. Yes, it's an opportunity for you to from your own website. The advertising programme is made up of 2 key elements: AdSense for Content AdSense for Search AdSense for Content Google AdSense is a quick and easy way for website owners to display on their website. When people visit your website and click the Google Ads, you get paid money. Simple! The advertising served up by Google is related to what your visitors are looking for on your site. In other words, it's context sensitive. For example, if your website is about 'recruitment', then you can be pretty sure that the presentation of 'Ads by Goooooogle' on your site will also be about recruitment. In fact, it's even better than that. Google AdSense is looking at the content of each and every web page on your website. So, this means that the content of the Google Advertising will align with the information on each web page in your site. It's completely automatic and you don't need to worry about it. AdSense for Search This feature will allow you to add a to your own website. So, this means that visitors to your website can use the Google Search Bar and search for information contained in your site. And what's more, when a search is performed, the search engine returns Google AdSense advertising in the search results. Once again, it's fully automatic and the advertisements are directly related to the search query. Now here's the good bit! When people click your Search Ads (these are the sponsored ads), you are paid money. It's a pay per click scheme, so you can make money as people use your search bar. For example, if you search for 'hotels on the moon', this means that the 'Ads by Goooooogle' in the search results will also be about hotels on the moon. Don't worry if you are not using search technology directly within your site. Once again, it's all taken care of. For example, it will work perfectly well on a simple HTML site. Can I use AdSense at Quick on the Net Yes indeed, theckontheNet.com site-builder supports the use of Google AdSense. Yes, you can use both 'Content' and 'Search' in your site and we also provide you with our own site search feature in our websites. In other words, all of our websites come with a free site search tool anyway.  51 days ago by   Tia 0 Votes Reading the fine print is key to saving yourself from predators... I am pasting the fine print from the site I went to - the font shows up here MUCH bigger than the actual website I pulled it from. Please note, Google has absolutely nothing to do with these turds using their name, see below: *GOOGLE is a registered trademark of Google, Inc. Google ATM is not a partner, affiliate, or licensee of Google Inc., nor is it in any way formally associated with Google Inc.  32 days ago by   fluorojedi +1 Votes FOLKS ALWAYS READ THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" Normally, these scammers put the link on the very bottom in a very unassuming fashion because they hope that you will be so excited by what they said you can make that you will just input your credit card info. After all, its only $1.95 or whatever garbage they make up to charge you for to entice you out of your credit card info. That's really the bottom line. I got to this site by first reading the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" CAREFULLY, then I "googled" them and found this complaint forum. Dont ignore the "Privacy Policy" links on these pages also, they seem like they are generic (generic fonts, formatting, overall look, etc.) but sometimes contain "valuable" cancellation instructions that you would otherwise miss because they bank on you not wanting to read all of the "crap". I spent ZERO dinero on this site because I searched out the links on it that I mentioned above and read the fine print.

26 days ago by   DeathsDementedJester +1 Votes Wow, will wonders never die. Amazing, the American economy is falling faster than PeeWee Hermans' career did, with the worlds' economy following due to economic bail outs and such, and still some worthless sack of baboon feces is still out there trying to make a buck off of those that are on the verge of foreclosure, reposession, eviction, etc. I think we should find a way to scamually one bettter, this is the digital age, all their information is stored on a computer, and all the money they scam from us, is more than likely being transferred to an offshore bank account probably located near europe (Cayman Islands, bermuda, etc. are now actually monitored by the IRS) why not just find a hacker and have them wreak havoc in their system, Sorry watched hackers again last night...it's a geeks classic. Who are they going to complainy were transferring money offshore to avoid paying taxes, therefore Uncle Sam won't help them, and even though only a few people would get the money, atleast we'd have the sweet taste of revenge. Now I did not fall for this system, almost did, but been scammed once, I don't trust any system that says, "WORK FROM HOME, MAKE $XXXXXXXXX, BE YOUR OWN BOSS, ETC." I read them like the CarFAX commercials read car ads. New Upholstery, means flood damage. This is almost like John Becks "Buy for pennies on the dollar" or Charleton Sheets "No Down Payment" or SMC "Be your own list keeps growing, and most of the time they are recycling free information you can find online. Oh oh oh, another favorite, "Pay us to Find you a United States Postal Service't, I got family that are USP Inspectors, all government jobs are listed for free on the net, you don't have to pay anyone are call a number. Now some uptight guy, posted something ragging on the lot of you for believing in this system, saying something along the lines of you think people are going to pay you a few thousand a month to sit on your ass and do nothing...no go to school get an education, work hard, yada yadam, dude, one you have have a small member, and two, we pay CEO's millions of dollars to do exactly that, sit on their butts, play golf and do nothing...oh wait, I forgot, we pay them to lie to us. To those that due wish to attempt a get rich quick system, heed this advice, be smart about it, and don't always trust reviews. But this is what I would recommend toce these little bogarts want credit card information, be smart about it. Go to the local Wal-Mart (okay it's 2009, Wal-Mart is everywhere), or walgreens, etc. and spend the $4 on a prepaid visa card, load it up with the money they want at first and give them the information. Also set up a bogus e-mail account on Hotmail, Yahoo, G-mail you get the picture, and use a P.O. Box for you address. If they can't ship to a P.O. Box, you know its a scam. Here's what happens, they get your information, they then sell it to third parties,d says CHARGE DECLINED because of lack of funds. You wait for the product to arrive, but but, it doesn't why not, because of the $40 charge they wanted to charge you, but Card said DECLINED. And when the letters start piling up in you inbox of reasons they can't provide the information, let the e-mail account lapse. Hold onto the card for 2 months, nothing will be charged to it (it's prepaid, no money, no charge) and then try the next get rich quick scheme. Using the same bogus information you supplied, as far as mailing, credit card, e-mail. If it's're golden, if it's bullcrap, well that is the fun part. Mister Scammer counted on the money he was going to steal from you, but he was denied. Now you can sleep at night, knowing yeah you might be out a few bucks, but no sleep lost over worrying about the cancellation of a scam. Hmmmm...I think that should go into the Anarchists Cookbook: Scam the Scammer Vol. 1... Well best of luck to you all... The Jester
23 days ago by   Scarlett 0 Votes I totally AGREE with The Jester!! I'm glad and very relieved that I took the time out to do my research on this so-called business opportunity. You should ALWAYS READ the fine print and if you can't see it on the front page, then look for it - especially when these so-called companies are requesting you to disclose your personal information and/or credit card details. We live in a society where, it's common knowledge that we are educated and made aware about the risks and consequences that may occur when dealing with a business or company which operates by way of requesting us to disclose our personal information including details of our credit card - and we have all been warned to proceed with caution. It appears to me that, not everyone listens to this nor do they take this advice either! Hence why issues relating to identity fraud and/or credit card theft should not be overlooked and be taken seriously by everyone. Having said that, I'd like to ask you: When was the last time you checked the acitivities listed on your credit card statement I'm certain that many of you will agree with me, that, if you had to pay $100 or $1, 000 you'd think twice about handing over the money, disclosing your personal information and credit card details but more importantly, you would also consider the risks involved as well! So why should it be any different with $1 or $10 It's still our hard earned money!! For those of you that did get sucked into this scam, I have alot of sympathy for you - your lack of and inability to protect yourself so as to avoid wasting all that time & effort and the frustration of dealing with what followed becuase you neither cared nor even bothered to set aside the time to read the fine print to find out what your contractual obligations were. I hope that you will learn from this unfortunate event and that in the future, you are more cautious with disclosing your personal information to any party, company or business. I also hope that you're able to get back all of your money as well.

13 days ago by   jim 0 Votes lol just got the latest popup add of this sort, it now comes with a fancy ass voice over from all the money they must have made from the last one. NOTE TO EVERYONE: a company like google, or any other reputable company would -never- ask potential employees to fork out cash especially petty amounts like $1 in order to work for them. just think if your going to work for them, you will make them money so why charge $1 in the first place. secondly a company as big as google will never have solo affiliates advertising recruitment for them. they have a website which virtually every single internet user uses on a daily basis from which they can adveritse job opportunities and they do ... just go to their job section and see. the whole scam is in the fact that all they ask for is a mere $1 when you could turn that into $$$$$$$$ once you have payed. this is fishing and it is not alot from one person but when millions of people fall for this ... you get the picture. haha, im willing to bet this is some fool who has been on some basic web page design course with the intention of a get rich quick scheme, whilst these kind of scams are always popping up i must say this is a particularly crafty one which plays on our confidence and trust in google. google should have this shut down and have the people responsible taken to court.

How to Get An SEO Job Part 2
We wrote a post a little while ago about . It had a few techniques, but we thought it would be good to expand on the matter a bit to help any who are still struggling. The hardest thing about breaking into the SEO consulting world is finding your first couple clients I think. Many people have a hard time roping their first clients in. There's many reasons for this, part of it may be that we come on too strong and creep the people out a little. IMers, we are used to marketing, we get our inbox bombarded daily with the latest and greatest gizmo, and we have to buy now and hurry, or a pack of squirrels will beat us to death with their nuts. ... strange picture... anyway... what we are missing is often the simple act of human interaction and friendship. The less like a salesman you appear and more like a friend, the more likely you will get your first clients.Look local first. Not only is it easier to start out, but the personal face to face interaction puts many at ease. Think about the companies in your area, the smaller construction companies, the real estate developers, and others who are probably hurting in this economy. These people understand that you need to spend money to make money. Use the search engines, or better yet, cruise around and take down businesses website addresses off their building or business cards or your local supermarket classifieds board. Odds are if you can find them at all in Google, they are less likely to need you. A huge number of company websites aren't even indexed yet. When you get home, do a bit of research. It's pretty easy to identify a target: nice site (or not), no links to speak of, on page 10 of G for the obvious keyword they are looking for.Email is a safe, non threatening way to approach first, you can be sneaky about it too. Later of course you'd want to talk in person or over the phone.Say for a mold remediation company in Washington I'd do something like this:Dear Sir or Madam (or name if there is one),You have a very nice website, I can tell you have put a lot of work into the design. Your web designer is to be complimented! We recently had a big problem with mold in our house and had to have some contractors tear out a large part of our bathroom. They did a terrible job, I wish I'd seen your website earlier. It was on like page 10 of Google, so I missed it. How is business going for you Hope you are fairing well in this economy.Sincerely,James DefrancoPlant the seeds of "Oh crap, I need to be better in Google if I'm going to get business, why the heck did I pay that guy $3000 for a site that nobody sees" If they choose to respond, then I hit them with the what I do for work.Hey Sam,Glad to hear the work has been sufficient at least Hey you know, I might be able to help you guys with your rankings in Google if you want. I work as an internet marketer and it is my job to optimize web sites so they appear higher in search engines like Google and Yahoo and such.As a suggestion, you might want to change the title of your web site from "Chuck and sons moldy old business" to "Mold Remediation in Washington" since that is what you want to rank for in Google. There's a ton of other things you could have your web designer do, it's pretty technical, but I'm sure it would help if more people could find you on the search engines. It's important to get as much exposure as possible in this market!-James DefrancoFinally if they respond again positively you hit them with your pitch:Oh, sorry to hear that your web designer isn't available anymore and is a worthless punk for how much he charged you... hey, if you'd like I can take a whack at it. I've done this plenty of times, and have lots of experience, I've been able to help a couple other companies like yours. ***(have an example of one of your own sites ready to prove it)I think a three pronged attack would be best for you guys, optimize your website, get you more exposure from other parts of the internet, and maybe even launch a cheap advertising campaign on Google. Your website is already so good I know for a fact that I could get you to the front page, if not the #1 ranking for Mold Remediation in WA. Here's my phone number, give me a call! 555-555-5555Your friend,James DefrancoLeave it at that, don't even mention money, or how much you will charge. Just let them think about it. They'll email or call if they are interested and if you even stand a chance. But by doing it in three or more steps, you don't look like a starving or desperate in your face internet marketer looking to make a buck but you look more like a friendly neighbor who they can trust. That's what you want when you can't use your reputation to proceed you.Remember, once you rope your first client, word of mouth generally spreads if you do an exceptional job. The opposite effect can also be true if you do a terrible job or rip them off. So be sure you don't disappoint them.
